Stayed 7/18 to 7/22/19. STAY AWAY. NO BEACH ACCESS, NO POOL. The listing described a villa with a private beach, pool, and other services. In reality, it didn't offer any of those. They took us to a nearby pool at an adjacent villa and claimed it was their beach and pool, saying we could use it freely. When I went there with my kids, the site manager kicked us out. My son got scared, ran out of the pool, and injured his knee. The pool manager said they brought guests there and acted as if it belonged to them. We ended up paying 50,000vnd per person for 13 people for the four days we stayed, even though they said it was included. They also said we could use the pools at novatel and best western, but that wasn't true. The villa itself was far from ready. We checked in at noon but didn't get a key until 8:00pm because they didn't have one and the keyless lock wasn't working. The sink didn't work properly, and there were ants, cockroaches, and other bugs inside. Apart from the four-bedroom villa, there was nothing else on offer, despite what the listing said. There wasn't much privacy either. Taxis parked along the villa's street, and people sat gambling on the sidewalk from morning until night. The sidewalks were dirty and overgrown with grass. If a beach and pool are priorities when booking, please stay away.

The garden lawn gave the kids loads of room to run around, play, and eat, and the big living room worked really well for family time. After a swim, we had grilled seafood outside in the cool sea breeze, which was such a treat. The place was quiet and clean, with easy transport and the beach very close by. It made for a lovely family summer break.
