We booked three rooms for the night of April 28, 2024, but were given only two. The owner apologized and said that was all they had left, yet charged us for all three and wouldn't refund anything if we cancelled. The room was dated, the TV didn't work, and there was no fridge. I found the whole thing dishonest and indecent, like they were desperate for money. Sad. Stay away. It's more like a motel.

The air conditioning barely worked, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the toilet door was broken. I'd avoid booking a bay tour through this hotel too, it was too expensive and low quality.

Our room smelled bad. They charged us 1M VND for a Hạ Long bay tour, while friends staying at another hotel paid about 450k VND for the same tour.
