My motorcycle was stolen here a year ago, and despite all the cameras, nobody ever caught the thieves. Parking at night doesn't feel safe, and neither do the roads, with people driving like maniacs and security guards asleep on duty. Rats and cockroaches are common, as people dig through the trash at night. The complex looks nice, but illegal fishing and littering leave the lake dirty and smelly. Not good or safe overall.

It's a lovely place to live, with a beautiful view, but some people don't seem to care about the environment or what we're trying to build here. This morning I saw someone hunting and killing a white egret in the lake. Another afternoon, I watched a coffee shop employee throw trash into the water. Are we in 2018 or 1930?

The space and scenery are quite pleasant, and the air feels fresh.

Are you serious? Is this a landfill or a residential area?
