From the balcony I could watch the sunrise, and the beach, Lotte Mart, Golden Bakery, and the famous Old Man Sui Pho are all within walking distance. The hotel shares a building with the Pullman/DIC, so it's easy to find. For families, the ground-floor pool has a 0.9m shallow section for young kids. The gym was in good shape, with treadmills, weight machines, and a stationary bike, though I mostly used the treadmills. Breakfast was a mixed bag by day: a modest weekday selection, but a much bigger spread on weekends, including fresh Pho and omelets made to order, plus yogurt, fruit, desserts, and fresh bread. Over our 7-day stay, bacon was served three times and pasta once. Housekeeping was thorough in every room, even the day I forgot to put out the 'Service Room' sign. There's a luggage scale in the basement near the carpark entrance if you need to weigh your bags.

We had a great time here as a family for three nights. The staff were friendly and the pool was a good size. Our two-bedroom apartment matched the listing, and we were surprised by how spacious and modern it felt. The only thing I'd change is the buffet breakfast: as a Westerner, I'd have liked more choices, while my Vietnamese wife was happy with it.

The noise was so bad that sleep was impossible. They played extremely loud, bass-heavy music from around 11 AM until midnight, then turned both the volume and bass up even more. I don't know whether this hotel has a casino or nightclub, but that's what it felt like. We live above the 30th floor in a neighboring building that isn't part of the hotel, and the speakers still seemed to be inside our apartment. I can only imagine what it was like for hotel guests whose windows face the club or casino area. This level of noise shows no respect for guests or nearby residents. Avoid it if you want peace and sleep.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. That's about all I liked. The room was old, dark, small, and smelly, with a little bed and very worn towels. There was a really annoying oil-like smell in the lobby and elevator too. The TV had no YouTube or Netflix. We booked because of the good reviews, but a lot of them seem fake 🥲. I won't come back.

There were a lot of builders staying here when we visited, so it didn't feel much like a hotel. I didn't feel like a guest, more like someone passing through. The canteen staff were friendly, and so were the cockroaches in the bathroom.
