Grand Villa Residence 2

Lots of amenities and plenty of room, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. Highly recommend staying here.

A great room, and it costs less than $45 a night.

My husband and I spent four months here, from November to February, and really loved the staff. The receptionists were attentive and quick to help, whether we needed something brought up or help meeting the courier with our Lazada parcels. We often ordered water, too. The gates close in the evening, with a security guard there to greet you. The apartment was beautifully designed and thought through. There was plenty of storage, and you could control the lights from different sides of the room. It had two air conditioners, a private kitchen, a pool, and internet that worked perfectly because each room had its own connection. The TV had YouTube and Netflix. Once a week they cleaned our room, changed the towels and sheets, and washed our clothes on site, which we really appreciated. Co.op was about a two-minute motorbike ride away, with a Mart, ATM, and cafe nearby. The one drawback was the busy street outside, but the windows were so good that most of the noise didn’t come through. I have a lot of respect and love for the staff and their work.

Really pleased with the enthusiastic staff and the free early check-in.
