The room has a balcony, a small refrigerator, towels, and shampoo, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The air conditioning is old and a little noisy, the walls don't block much sound, and the bathroom is on the small side. There's an elevator too. It's a decent three-star hotel for a fairly reasonable price, within a short walk of the beach and city center.

The room was filthy. The landlady came straight in while we were still there and started complaining about how dirty the guest was. It wasn't even time to check out.

When the room was handed over to the next guest, the floor was incredibly dirty. The owner also showed no respect for guests' privacy, and the hotel's service was terrible.

The only real plus was being close enough to walk to the beach. The place felt worse than a guesthouse, not like a hotel. The room smelled musty, and the old-fashioned bathroom and toilet didn't help. The fan was very noisy, while the air conditioner leaked and made so much noise that I couldn't sleep all night. I hadn't booked ahead because the trip came up suddenly, and a tout suggested it for 400k VND, from 7:30 PM Saturday until noon Sunday. It might work for renting by the hour, but I wouldn't stay overnight. It was a terrible, frustrating experience.
