I slept better here than anywhere else so far in Vietnam. The room was light and airy, with a balcony and a really comfortable bed. It was in a fairly quiet neighborhood near the Aussie bars, and town was about a 10-minute walk away. The soundproofing was pretty good too.

The bed was clean, comfortable, and king-size, and the staff were friendly and spoke a little English. But we booked a room with a window and got one facing a wall with only a 1 cm gap, so there was no natural light. It couldn't be opened either, and the room felt like a bunker. Worse, we had no hot water for two days and couldn't take a proper shower. Reception said they use solar panels and that the other guests had used up the hot water, so we'd have to wait until the next day. That shouldn't be our problem. A hotel should have hot water.
