Getting to the beach took just a 2-minute walk, and there are food places nearby within easy walking distance from this well-located hotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. I accidentally booked a room without a window, but ended up liking how quiet it was and slept well. The bed and pillows were nice. Everything else was good, though the TV was limited and couldn't access Nexflix or TV channels. Breakfast was simple: bread, butter, soup, salad, fruits, cereals, tea, and coffee.

From the hotel it's easy to get around Vung Tao, and it's quite close to the beach area. Getting here from HCMC isn't easy, since the drive takes almost 3 hours. The friendly staff are always ready to help clients. Some rooms have a view and others don't; the space is okay, maybe a bit small. Cleaning could go a little deeper, but it's still good. It's a very good option for the price, and I recommend it.

I was hoping to get a quick nap after 11 hours of travel, but constant hammering, which felt like it was coming from inside the room, made that impossible. The room was cramped, small, and dirty, the motorbike parking is an uncovered dirt lot, and the fire alarms kept going off for no reason. Management won't refund the second night of my two-night stay, so I'm taking the loss and checking out in the morning. This might be my worst hotel experience in 13 years of traveling to Vietnam. By the way, never trust Agoda reviews.

The room was left dusty and the trash wasn't properly emptied, so housekeeping was careless. For the room price, the service quality wasn't worth it, and the hotel needs to improve its service and staff attitude. When I arrived and when I checked out, nobody offered help with my luggage. They had mentioned welcome tea during booking, but I never received any. The staff were unfriendly and gave perfunctory answers. A very disappointing stay.

My stay was pleasant, despite some shabby spots and a little TV noise from the next room. Breakfast was odd in that the tables had no settings, like salt and pepper or knives and forks.
