I paid for a room, but when I arrived, a woman told me they had no rooms and were fully booked. Watch out, this feels like a scam. Don't come here, there are plenty of better hotels nearby.

Watch the check-in times, and ask about any extra charges before sending a deposit. I booked through Booking.com because the listing said check-in started at 10 AM. After I transferred the deposit, I got a message saying check-in was from 2 PM. When I asked, the hotel said arriving earlier or later than the standard time would cost 50,000 VND per hour. The fee itself wasn't an issue, but why wasn't it stated in the app before confirming the room? The way this was handled made the check-in policy feel dishonest. The owner called to explain, but I wasn't satisfied, so I got my deposit back. If you're not familiar with setting up bookings, have a relative handle it, and try to be more receptive to customers. I asked about check-in and got a rather harsh call from the owner, which wasn't okay. Customers need clear information when using a service. Whether the place is expensive or cheap, or looks nice or not, isn't the point. A service provider should be clear, transparent, flexible, and courteous, with no additions or omissions. Just a few sincere words for a hotel with a 9.2 rating on Booking.com.

The owner and staff were cheerful, enthusiastic, and friendly, and the hotel was clean. Prices were reasonable too. I'll come here for vacations often.
