The host is really cute, and the place is comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. I'll stay here again when I travel this way.

I had asked the owner clearly by message for a balcony room during Tet, but when I arrived, the view was terrible. She denied responsibility and sent a TikTok video, telling me to look only at its first picture, then said the video showed enough rooms available. She kept trying to justify the mistake, with no apology, and still denied my request for a balcony. Dealing with the hotel was a real ordeal. I had booked two nights, 1.2 million VND for the first and 1.6 million VND for the second, but the door was broken, there was no hairdryer, and there was no TV. Rooms were hard to find during Tet, so I had to stay one night and book somewhere else for the next day.

For 400,000 VND, the room was okay, clean, and airy. The door stuck and was a bit hard to open, and the window and wardrobe had similar issues 🥲 Otherwise, it was fine.
