A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Nhu Quynh Hotel" is located in Vung Tau. This hotel is located minutes away from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Back Beach, Jesus Christ Statue and Pineapple Beach.

The owner was helpful, and the weekend price went up. I checked in early and left late, with just 150k added, so the room came to 700k + 150k = 850k. 🙂 But at 700k a night on a weekend, I don't think this room was worth it. It had a dirty floor and plenty of dust, and cleanliness should be a priority in hospitality. The room itself was average with only a few decorations, and it looked worse than the hotel's photos: white sheets, an uncovered sofa, and a dirty tablecloth.

The room was decent, and the beach is only a few minutes away on foot. Rates are higher on weekends than on weekdays.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the room. The owner is Buddhist and doesn't kill animals. Still, the hotel itself was cute, tucked in an alley close to the beach, and the owner was warm and enthusiastic. The neighbors were cheerful too.
