Palm Villa 21

For 6 million VND a night, I expected more. There wasn't even a free bottle of water, the pool was tiny, like a fish tank, and it smelled strongly of bleach. The toilet paper was poor quality too. I was disappointed and won't return.

The beach is rocky and the waves are big, so take care if you swim. The parking area is a little tight for cars, and if you park on the street, watch for the even- and odd-day no-parking signs. It's beautiful and clean. I've visited and reviewed it before.

What we got was completely different from the pictures they sent. The house was old and dirty, the kitchen was dirty too, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The lock on the downstairs toilet door was broken. Terrible service, and just an awful place.

The pictures were nothing like the place we found. It was very old, badly run down, and extremely dirty. We had to rinse the kitchen utensils before using them, and the bathroom water pressure was very weak. My family won't be coming back.
