We paid $240 AUD for 7 nights, and the price alone makes these apartments easy to recommend. They're spacious and air conditioned, with basic shops and food on the ground floor. There's a rooftop infinity pool, and the beach is five minutes away. You can walk to local family restaurants or take a short taxi ride into town.

We found an Expedia deal starting at $7 and paid $23 total for one night in Shin’s three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, including fees and taxes. It was clean and comfortable, and the host and management were great. The elevators caused us no trouble. We were on the fifth floor, so taking the stairs helped work off all the food and coffee and drinks.

Vicent at Vinsen Hotel and resort was great, so I stayed another week. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. You can message on WhatsApp to arrange cleaning.

We had just one pair of slippers in the room, and the elevator ride took a long time.

Staff told me, “Please leave.”
