The one thing going for this place is how close it is to the beach. The window looks straight at other hotel windows, so I guess you can socialize with the neighbors from your room. Inside, there’s no soundproofing at all. People outside could hear me whistle and even sing quietly. My room had no outlet by the bed, just two by the coffee table, and the bathroom was about the size of one and a half public restroom cubicles. The service number couldn’t be reached, either. The door wouldn’t close properly from outside unless I slammed it like an angry teenager, and many rooms, maybe all of them, have cracks around the lock latch. The boiler still had water left from the previous stay. If I’d had a black light, I would’ve checked the bed.

The equipment in the room was much older than I expected, and the room itself wasn’t good. There wasn’t a hair dryer unless you called reception to bring one up, and getting hot water took quite a while. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though, which was a plus.
