V Boutique Hotel - Complimentary refreshments

The rooftop pool was the highlight, with a lovely view over the mountains and city. On Monday evening I had it all to myself, which was exactly the relaxing break I'd come down from Saigon for. The hotel is in a quiet area with good food nearby and easy access to both front beach and back beach. My room looked new, was nicely designed and very clean, with everything working well and a pleasant balcony view. The bed was comfortable, the AC was good, and the staff were helpful. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

The location was our favorite part of the five nights we stayed. It was a 1km walk to the beach, and Offshore, a great restaurant, was across the road. The staff were lovely, but spoke zero English and didn't seem interested in engaging. The booking information should drop the complimentary refreshments claim: there was a canister with a few broken biscuits, maybe one glass of juice, and a coffee machine that looked out of order. On the plus side, filtered water was available, with a jug in the room and a coffee sachet supplied daily. On arrival, the room was moderately clean, with clumps of black hair and puddles on the floor, but the daily service was good and cleanliness improved. The bed was comfy in a modern, compact room, though there was little natural light or airflow. The pool was nice, but not very functional, with only two chairs, both in the water. The rooms weren't soundproof at all, and the lift was very slow. Would we stay again? Maybe. I think there are better options in this area.

We spent three nights on floors 3 and 4. It's a beautiful hotel, with a nice manager and staff who were 10/10. Thanks! The pool was nice, and the rooms were well priced. I'd suggest staying on floor 4, which was much better than floor 3. Thanks again! 🇻🇳

The staff were cheerful and helped me rent a motorbike, as well as pointing me toward some great local food. I booked the V-Boutique Suite at V Boutique Hotel and loved its cozy, fresh feel. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Vũng Tàu! 💛
