We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beach was beautiful, and lifeguards were on duty. The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the staff were polite and excellent.

The service was terrible. There were no slippers, and some rooms had drinking water while others didn't. No basic coffee or tea either, which I'd expect at a 3-star hotel. Breakfast came with food but no water or other drink, and they hadn't made that clear beforehand. I've normally found that homestays include one dish and one drink with a room booking. Here, despite the nice rooms that looked comparable to a 4-star place, the service was extremely poor. When I booked, I was told breakfast was included, but what they provided was just one dish with no drink. I ordered several glasses of water and asked the staff not to clear them yet because I'd have more later. Before I could drink them, a staff member took them away and said they didn't know, without even apologizing. They seemed indifferent to customers. I won't return.
