The management at OCEAN VIEW APARTMENTS was wonderful, offering helpful advice and support. Even after my stay, when I ran into big troubles unrelated to this lovely place, they gave me tremendous help. The welcome was the warmest I’ve ever received, with fresh flowers in the apartment, and the staff took care of everything. The atmosphere was great. My studio was clean, comfortable, and cozy like home. Everything I needed was there, including a kitchen I could cook in, and it all looked in great condition, almost new. But the view is the thing I’ll remember most. Every morning, the amazing bay view made me smile and feel like I was in heaven. I’m sure you can’t choose a better place in Port Villa. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to see you again soon. Thank you for everything.

The view was great, but I was glad to leave after three months. I stayed in four rooms, all similarly low quality, and each developed problems such as leaking wastewater or windows without flyscreens. There was very little building maintenance, damaged furniture wasn’t replaced, and the pool was rarely looked after. It’s also a very noisy part of town, especially on weekends. I’m concerned about the owners’ practices, including paying staff far too little compared with the rent they charge.

Flo was helpful, handled our needs, and made any issues easy to sort out. The apartment was presented really well, and the location was great. The view is beautiful, and the bar looked lively and pleasant, though I didn’t spend time there. People who complain about staying here are obviously out of touch with reality; they should look out the window at that view instead. Thank you.

Every room in this three-floor hotel has a clear view, and the one we had on level 2 was awesome. The kids had a great time in the swimming pool. The town centre is just a two-minute walk away. I strongly recommend staying here.
