The room was good, and the staff were nice. It seems mostly suited to older guests and families, rather than teens.

That terrace pool and its lovely view made it such a relaxing stay. The food was tasty and satisfying, and the service stayed professional throughout. I’d definitely recommend it for a visit to Gjakova.

The rooms were gorgeous, and I enjoyed the food every time, especially breakfast. We could count on Albi to help us communicate what we needed, while Kushtrim looked after us attentively. Arbresh was lovely to talk with, and Albi was also a pleasure to get to know. Art, Kushtrim, Albi, and Arbresh really made our stay at La Villa. Everyone was warm and professional. We called Art on the day we wanted to check in, and he was so accommodating. Hotel villa was a real blessing during our trip to Kosovo. If I’m back in Kosovo, I’ll happily return to La Villa to eat or stay. It’s an easy choice for meals, dessert, or a place to hang out.

The view is lovely, but that’s about the only real plus. The food was just OK. Service at the restaurant was poor, with long waits and waiters taking their time. They also brought the coffee without any water, even though the city’s water is drinkable.
