The water was discolored and unusable, which made my stay really frustrating. I told the staff, but nothing was fixed, and they gave me neither a proper explanation nor compensation. Clean water is a basic necessity, so this was unacceptable for a hotel claiming quality service. I left extremely disappointed and can’t recommend the place until the issue is resolved.

They’re renovating the hotel, and guests should be told about that earlier.
