Just a few minutes from the old bazaar, with streets full of stores nearby, the location is really good. The rooms are top-notch, clean, and luxurious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. The best hotel in Kosovo! I strongly recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the food is good, the staff are friendly, the price is good, and there’s secure parking. The hotel is also an easy walk from the city centre. But housekeeping was awful and unprofessional. They only clean rooms every third day, not daily. On the third day I put out the cleaning sign, but was told they only clean between 8 and 12 in the morning. The next day I asked again and handed over the key, but nothing happened. I had to follow up at 11:45, and they managed to clean the room by 12:30. Sorry, ladies, but you should do much better.

The breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was welcoming and helpful. It’s an easy walk into the town centre, and the bus station is close by. My room was clean and quiet, with a lovely shower and a very comfortable bed. Fantastic hotel, would definitely recommend!
