The receptionist was super kind. After the owner of the place we’d booked cancelled our reservation, we found Hotel ora at 2am. They gave us a discount. The room was clean, the wifi worked well, and it’s close to the City Center.

The location was a bit tricky to find by car, and the rooms were clean and somewhat furnished. There aren’t many good hotels in Pristina, so this one is considered a good option, though it’s still a 3 star hotel. The food wasn’t really good, just simple salads or yogurts for breakfast.

The room was very clean and breakfast was tasty. The location is great, just a two-minute walk to the Parliament. The people were fantastic and ready to help with anything, and they spoke sincerely about their city and Kosovo. Julia & Maciej from Poland.

Don’t use this hotel. There was no service, no toilet paper, not enough towels, and the shower was broken. They only took cash. The elevator was the one good thing. The cleaning wasn’t good.

The hotel was uncomfortable and not clean. The rooms smelled of smoke, including the bed linen and furniture. I’d give it no more than 2 stars.
