The restaurant was good value, and breakfast came included. We could sit indoors or outside, where smoking was allowed. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the views across the city and snow-covered mountains were amazing, almost all the way around. Our spacious, comfortable room had recently been renovated. The hotel occupies one floor at the top of the eight-story building.

We had a garage for our motorcycle, which was handy, and the hotel is right in the city center. Breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly. Recommended.

Getting luggage from the basement to reception takes some effort: the parking area isn't linked to the hotel elevator, so you carry bags to the first floor before taking the elevator to the ninth. Breakfast is menu-based, with one choice per person; a second dish costs extra. I would've liked more information or pictures before ordering, or a note on the menu. The room was acceptable but could use better cleaning and more attention to detail. The bathroom is pretty small and has no shower curtain. Still, the hotel is well located.

The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made things much easier. I appreciated the help from Joni, the manager Granit, and the rest of the team. We had a great stay: the location was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was very good too.

Granit the manger and the rest of the staff were cooperative and really friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the wifi was excellent. It helped a lot that the staff spoke English. Great experience 🤜🏻🤛🏻
