We slept so well in the SUPER comfortable bed. The place is very central, and the owner was friendly, open, and ready to help with whatever we needed. There’s guarded parking close by for 5€ a day. Very recommended!

You can reach all of prizren’s sights easily from here. The hotel was wonderful, very clean and comfortable, and the staff gave us a warm welcome.

The room was on the small side, but clean, and the people were friendly. It’s right in the center of Prizren, which was very handy. We stayed only one night and had everything we needed.

The central location is easy to get around on foot, the room was very clean and affordable, and the balcony was cute with a church view. The host we briefly met at check-in seemed nice. But we had a bad experience. The hotel says smoking is not allowed anywhere inside, yet there are ashtrays on the balcony. It’s basically shared with the neighboring balcony, and our neighbor smoked, so you may still get secondhand smoke there. My bigger problem was the toilet paper. For two adults staying 18 hours, the hotel left about a meter of cheap paper. Other hotels I’ve stayed in across 104 countries have provided enough for travelers, including those who get traveler-type bathroom issues. I think this was irresponsible. Employees aren’t on site from around 10:00 PM until 9:30 AM or later, even though checkout is at 10:00 AM, so there was no way to ask for more except to walk to a store while uncomfortable. The host couldn’t be bothered to be there at 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 9:30 AM. They don’t use WhatsApp or another free way to reach someone after hours, and I didn’t want to risk a costly international call to a possibly vacant front desk. I felt stuck. I didn’t bring my own paper because I never expected a hotel in Kosovo or elsewhere to provide so little. They should at least warn guests that staff disappear and the supply may not be adequate. It could be a nice hotel, but be ready for no help overnight or through the morning, and bring your own toilet paper. I posted this review a few months ago, but for some reason it no longer appeared, so I’m posting it again today.

The owner had the AC running before we arrived, so the apartment was already at a comfortable temperature for our child. It was a great choice, with a modern interior, big rooms, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Ps: Sorry for lighting up the chimney, but we had to get some nice photos and videos 🤷🏼♂️😅😍
