Adler Hotel is handy for getting to Prizren’s old town and main sights, and the city itself is beautiful and historic. The staff were friendly and professional from arrival. My room was clean, modern, well looked after, and had what I needed for a relaxing visit. A very good option whether you’re in town for work or leisure, and I’d highly recommend it.

I only went in for breakfast, I didn’t stay at the hotel. Everyone was friendly, and Amir in the breakfast area stood out as a respectful, helpful young man who kept smiling and was keen to make people happy. He deserves a thank you.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the hotel is close to the center while still being quiet and relaxing. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome. A fantastic stay, I’d happily come back and highly recommend Adler Hotel.

The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful, even shipping my jacket back to London after I accidentally left it behind. I stayed with a friend in May 2025 and had a lovely time. The room was clean, the hotel’s in a great location, and breakfast on the rooftop came with an amazing view. They really went above and beyond.

We found the location peaceful at night but close to everything. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful as soon as we arrived, and our modern room was spotless and comfortable. Little things like the soft bed linens and quality bathroom toiletries made a difference. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely return. I highly recommend it for business or vacation.
