8/10
The location was quiet and really convenient, and for the 60e a night I paid, it felt worth it. My room was spacious, with a big balcony, and the air con worked well. There was tea-making equipment too. The bathroom was the one letdown: it smelled strongly of sewage, and a shower flooded the whole room. Still, I’d call it a solid three-star hotel.

The reception team made the stay comfortable. The gentleman on the morning shift and the lady in the evening were both friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The location is hard to beat. The room itself was clean and basic, with an ensuite bathroom, TV, AC, kettle, tea bags, sugar, soap, and towels, plus a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door, and I really wouldn’t recommend it. The food was disgusting, the service was appalling, and the man who served us treated us terribly.

Getting around was easy since the hotel is right by the Square. Our room was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi. Breakfast was amazing, way beyond what we expected. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk staff working from May 10th to May 11th, 2024, were welcoming and friendly. There are halal food options nearby, including a kebab and pizza place just opposite the hotel, as well as a cozy cafe that opens early. The positive reviews here are genuine in my experience. This hotel deserves its five stars, and I hope they keep up the good service.

The staff were helpful and honest, and made me feel like part of the family. Reception is open 24 hours, and you can arrange a taxi ahead of time. I’d happily recommend this place to everyone.
