Hotel Afa

Hotel Afa felt personal and welcoming while I was in Kosovo for a work project. It’s family-run, and that care showed in how readily they helped with my needs, including food and small personal requests. My stay was comfortable, and the service felt warmer than at a standard hotel chain. For a visit to Pristina, it offered both a professional and homely feel. I’d happily recommend it.

The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was great, and the staff were so sweet. It’s in a very local area, about a 10-minute walk from all the major sights. I can definitely recommend it!

For the price, the old, dated hotel was sufficient, and it could be a nice place with some work. The gym, though, was unusable. There was trash and dust everywhere, empty water bottles and used towels left around, and nearly every machine was broken. The few dumbbells were all in disrepair too. I had to go back to my room for a towel to put on the floor, then found it wet, greasy, and brown. Please clean the gym.

The room was nice, very clean, and had AC. The hotel also felt safe and was conveniently close to shops, cafés, and restaurants. What really stayed with us was the staff. They were helpful, service-minded, and felt like family, taking care of whatever we needed. We’d definitely return, and we’ll miss them!
