The room was comfortable and clean, and the welcome and service were warm throughout. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the city center, with secure camera monitored parking. I really enjoyed staying here.

The beds were fine, the staff were lovely, and the service was great. The pool being closed for rebuilding was a letdown since it was a big reason we came, though these things happen. The bathroom was just too dirty, as you can see in the photos.

The hotel itself was very nice, and the staff made the stay especially good with their friendly hospitality and help. I’m planning to return to Pristina later this summer and intend to stay here again.

The location worked really well, and I loved my room. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and always around when needed. They even let me use the indoor pool. 10/10.

The location was good, but I had a lot of problems with the first room. They did try to sort them out, though I didn’t see anyone actually repair the broken things.
