The room was really clean, the location central, and the staff friendly. But the details were lacking: no slippers, water, or minibar, and for three people there were only two large towels. The beds weren't comfortable, and the sheets didn't feel like cotton. Still, the stay was good overall.

Breakfast was nice, and while the rooms were a bit small, they were clean and comfortable. The reception team was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

I've stayed at the Garden Downtown six times, and its location in one of the oldest parts of Pristina keeps drawing me back. Bus routes and tourist spots are easy to reach, including Mother Teresa blvd, the museum, and the grand mosque. The people who work there are another big reason. They're friendly and look out for me. Once, when my taxi didn't show, they called another one and kept me from missing my flight. Nice people, great place to stay.

The price is a little high, but the tasty breakfast makes up for that. Parking is available, and the rooms are clean, organized, and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly, and the location puts you right in the heart of Pristhina.

My daughter and I were here last summer, and we're coming back this summer. It's beautiful, the customer service is amazing, and the food is really great too. Can't wait to return in July. :)
