Hotel City Star

A cozy little family-run hotel. The bathrooms are a bit small, but they’ve clearly done what they could with the limited space. I’d stay here again.

The hotel’s close to the city center, which was a nice bonus. We spent two nights at Hotel City, and the rooms and beds were clean. There was hot water both day and night. Special thanks to Drena, who was so kind and helped us with everything we needed!

There are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, an ATM, restaurants, and nail salons within an eight-minute walk, and Mother Theresa Square is about five to eight minutes away on foot. We felt really safe here as women travelers, and the mostly female staff were especially reassuring when we arrived in the middle of the night. They were incredibly nice and helped us out in all sorts of ways. We don’t speak Albanian and didn’t have a SIM, so they called taxis for us several times and arranged a 6 am pickup for our flight. One staff member even lent me her charger. The rooms were clean and nice, the heating worked, and there’s free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Honestly, a great hotel. I’d definitely recommend it.

We picked this hotel after seeing good reviews on Google for our weekend in Pristina, Kosovo. It’s very close to the center, with plenty of markets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, cozy, and very nice, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfast was good, though the choices were limited since they served the dish they prepared for you directly. Parking was limited, and the nearby options were quite expensive. I’d definitely consider coming back.
