We lasted only one night. The place was filthy, the toilet smelled awful, and there was no shower enclosure. No towels, paper towels, TV, hangers, or much of anything else. We had booked three days with family, but despite all the comments about the heat, the hotel had none while it was snowing outside. We packed up and moved to another hotel.

Meti, our waiter at Hotel Park in Prishtina, made the visit especially memorable. He was warm and professional, paid attention to the details, and did more than expected to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you, Meti!

The staff were friendly and tried to help, but that couldn't make up for a hotel with no heating. We stayed three nights, from 21.03 to 24.03, when it was about -4 at night, and the room felt like a freezer. I hope I don't get sick. The beds were clean and good, but the bathroom was old and dirty, and I had to hold the shower nozzle because it wasn't fixed to the wall. There was no TV either. The center is about a 10-minute walk away.

We spent the whole evening in a cold apartment. I called reception and was told the heating had just been turned on and the room would warm up, but the radiator stayed cold. The place is old and not clean, with damp walls and no toilet paper. Shame!

We paid for two nights but left early because the conditions were so bad. The place was very dirty, the toilet was disgusting, and there was no heating in December. Awful experience, the worst possible. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.
