We really enjoyed the free swimming pool, and there were plenty of parking spaces. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Hotel Royal in Prishtina combines comfort with warm hospitality, and it's in a great location. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Service was awful during my stay. Because I'm from Montenegro, they didn't even bother to come and clean the room, which I see as their 'well known hospitality'. The interior has been ruined and looks awful, stuck in the '90s. The hotel used to look much, much better before it was stolen by shiptars. Please don't stay here, it's not worth it.

It's a very old hotel and expensive for what you get, with old furniture and lots of damage. Free parking and breakfast are good, but we had trouble with the bathroom: there's no fan. The sockets are dual and aren't used anymore.

Pristina is a very small city with plenty of taxi companies you can book through an app, so you don't need a car. You can also take public transportation from the airport to the city center. There are plenty of other hotel options in pristina, including nice smaller places that cost less and have the same or even better service and rooms. Hotels here are more expensive than anywhere in Europe. This is a nice hotel, though.
