Getting to the nearest mall or market means crossing a really dangerous highway. Inside, the place was terribly messy, with no staff or room service. WiFi barely worked, sometimes not at all, and the room smelled awful. A dead cockroach was left on the stairs for three days. One of my worst experiences in Pristina.

The room was tiny and unclean, and the toilet didn't work. There was no hot water either. A horrible stay, this hotel doesn't deserve even one star. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The elevator wasn't working, and the place wasn't clean. Room service and breakfast were poor. For breakfast, you can order only one dish, and water, coffee, or tea all cost extra. The manager treated people badly and was selfish, and the hotel wasn't cooperative with guests.

The hotel is new and clean, but the waiters and other staff don't know enough English.
