Stayed 10/09 - 11/09 2025. A good overnight option for one to three nights. It's about 15 minutes by car from central Pristina and around 20 minutes from the airport, with a few shops and several restaurants nearby. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the reception staff were service-oriented. The lobby and surroundings felt cozy. The hotel was clean and fresh, the rooms modern, and there was a kettle in the room. The bar food was good. I'd rate the beds 7 (see below *) and value for money 7 (see below **). The main downside is being 15 minutes from Pristina. *(Sinks through 0, Average 5, lies on top of the mattress 10) **(Throws money down the drain 0, Break Even 5, Highest profit 10)

The spa and fitness facilities were a real plus, and the room was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and professional, and the place felt calm and relaxing, suitable for either work or a holiday. Everything else was excellent, but the shampoo bottles were empty. I was rushing, so I washed my hair with hand soap. That cost the hotel one point in my rating. Thank you.
10/10
We spent two days here as a family and really enjoyed it. The food was amazing, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable with good service. A special thanks to Liridona, if I remember her name right, for being so kind and helpful while we were there.
10/10
The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. I left feeling rested and refreshed. Everything seemed well looked after, and I'd gladly come back.
10/10
The spa was clean and relaxing, a lovely place to unwind after a long day. I also enjoyed the restaurant, where service was attentive and professional and breakfast offered plenty of choice. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Everyone on staff was welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina was excellent from beginning to end, and I'd happily stay again and recommend it.
