Princi I Alberit Hotel Pristina

The service, especially from Mr. Muli, deserves five stars. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, with a lovely pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It may not feel like a traditional European five-star, but we had a fantastic stay.

We were happy with the price compared with other hotels, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is a little old, but that didn't affect our stay. There was a sauna and a winter swimming pool. The jacuzzi felt too old, though, and I wasn't really happy with it.

That view over Pristina and the surrounding area was one of the best parts of our stay, especially from the upper floors. Hotel Princi i Arbërit is about a 15-minute drive from the city center, so it felt peaceful away from the bustle. Parking was free and secure, too. My colleague and I had separate rooms on the fifth floor. Mine was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel's interior has a grand, traditional look. The owners and staff were kind and helpful, with a warmth that made the place feel homely. We enjoyed the pool and Finnish sauna, and both seemed well maintained. The jacuzzi was out of order during our visit, which was disappointing for a hotel aiming at a five-star standard. The terrace also needs finishing, and some repairs that have already started should be completed. A little more attention to those details would make a difference. There is a lot to like here: comfortable rooms, impressive design, and genuine hospitality. With the terrace and repairs finished and the wellness facilities kept in working order, Hotel Princi i Arbërit could better meet international five-star expectations. For now, it was a very good, warm and safe place to stay, with plenty of potential.

I ended up here after another hotel I found in Pristine completely went AWOL. Muslid, his wife, and his parents run a lovely family business. The cleaners and staff were always smiling, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
