Our morning game drive with Emmanuel was incredible, and the location just outside the park was peaceful and well placed. Clive and his team looked after us so thoughtfully, along with the three gorgeous dogs. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. It had that comfortable, at-home feeling while still being a tranquil escape. We absolutely loved our stay.

The terraces and public areas were lovely places to have a drink after a day chasing elephants, and the breakfast was lovely too. It’s close to Addo park, though the place itself makes you want to linger. The garden setting was lovely, and the details, with touches of history and traditional African architecture, made it stunning.

We were treated like royalty from the start right through to our last day. Everything was immaculately clean and everyone was so friendly. An absolutely incredible stay. I’d give more stars if I could, and can’t recommend it enough!

The breakfast was world class, and the staff were so friendly. The owners are hands on, and you can see the attention to detail everywhere. This hidden gem is spotlessly clean, with antiques and spacious living areas and rooms that take you back to eras gone by. Highly recommended!

Our last-minute booking turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. It’s a relaxing, lovely property with incredible staff, just five minutes from the main gate of Addo Elephant NP.
