Seebreeze worked perfectly for our trip. It's a quaint, ocean-facing one-bedroom apartment with a sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a view, and a cosy wet room with a shower but no bath. Best suited to a couple. The location in Balito is convenient: about 15 minutes by car to beautiful coastal beaches, 10 minutes to shops and places to eat and drink, and local bars and restaurants are at most a 10-minute walk, even in heels. Durban is a 50-60 minute drive. Check-in was smooth and the cleaning was tip top. The host responded quickly when we messaged about the security light not turning off, and sorted it out. A truly pleasant property for a week's break. Highly recommended.

We had tasty snacks waiting on the table and a bottle of wine to cheer us up when we arrived. The accommodation was stunning and so comfortable, a perfect home away from home. This time we stayed at Seabreeze. We've used a few of Christine's guest rooms before and loved them every time. We were there to help my brother after his house was the worst hit in his area by the Tornado in Tongaat. Christine was amazing to deal with, so helpful and willing to go out of her way. When she heard why we were there, she insisted we not pay and gave us a full refund. Such a blessing. We'll most definitely be back. I totally 100% recommend 1A Patricia Road. Thank you to Christine and her staff!

A lovely touch was finding welcome snacks and drinks on arrival. The apartment is beautifully laid out and well equipped, with all the comforts of home, and the rates are affordable. Our host was accommodating, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Outstanding accommodation in the heart of Ballito, well worth a visit.

We plan to make this our yearly stay. The one issue we noticed was that cleaning seemed to cover only the visible areas. Under the beds and on top of things, it looked like years of dirt and dust.
