Birch Bush Bed and Breakfast

We won't be staying there again. When we arrived, the owner asked what we were doing there and didn't seem to know about our booking. She was upset that we were early, even though I'd called when booking to ask if we could drop off our things before going to a funeral, then come back late. On the phone, that arrangement had seemed fine. The arrival was a very different story, and it upset me a lot. M

The owner was incredible when our car got into serious trouble. She drove us around town to find batteries and mechanics, and helped us every step of the way so we could get home safely. She truly cares about her guests and their experience. A fellow guest even stayed out in the rain with us to try to fix the car. Nothing but good people here, and I highly recommend this BnB. The rooms were lovely and warm despite the cold weather. The beds were very warm, and there was a heater in the room too.

The breakfast was amazing and huge, and the welcome was warm with a quick check in. My room was nice, clean and tidy. I'm very happy with my stay at Birch Bush and would happily return whenever I'm in Bethlehem. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were tidy, the hospitality was good, and breakfast was great. The place itself is good. It was chilly at night, though. My room had no air conditioning, and the heater didn't have an extension cable. There was no soap or lotion in the bathroom, and the owner should consider replacing the shower rose.
