Rita made the stay especially enjoyable. This is a lovely small self-catering place in a quiet part of Betty's Bay that’s still easy to get around from. The sea room is upstairs with a great water view, while the larger garden room has all the amenities you need. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’d love to return to Silverdunes and would gladly recommend it. Our garden-view unit was spacious, spotless, and well cared for, with comfortable, high-quality bedding and a large bathroom. The open-plan kitchen and dining area flowed into the living room, and the indoor braai was a bonus. Rina and Deon were friendly and welcoming. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, and the lake and penguins at Stony point nature reserve were within walking distance.

Rina and Deon gave us a warm welcome and answered our questions about activities and hidden gems around Bettys Bay. We stayed in the Garden unit at Silverdunes, which was large and had all the appliances we needed. The rates are affordable, and the place was among the best units we’ve stayed in. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The accommodation was top drawer, in a peaceful spot near the beach. The usual Eskom blackouts happened while we were there, but they didn’t spoil the visit. We’ll be back.

We only wish we could have stayed longer. Silverdunes GardenView unit is calm and comfortable, with lovely decor and everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
