The hostess was friendly and the place is beautiful, but the bedding seemed old. There were no bath towels, and the shower head was missing.

If you call and get told it's after business hours, it feels like they're treating the place like a tuckshop instead of a guesthouse. What happens if I need to stay longer? Don't list a private number as the business number if callers are going to get attitude when they use it.

Whenever I travel to Klerksdorp, I stay here. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The place itself is beautiful, but we didn't feel welcome and felt like we didn't belong. The receptionist was very rude and didn't know how to speak to or deal with people. It started when I was checking on my booking, and she was rude from then on. I wouldn't recommend visiting.

Lovely place, though the service could be better. The beautiful interior and quality products more than make up for it.
