A good, safe and quiet place to stay, with lots of outdoor space. It works well for a big group.

We had a great room with everything we needed, in a very private, quiet area where you’d hardly know you were in Pretoria. The guesthouse is comfortable and well equipped, and the check-in went smoothly. There are restaurants and shopping centres nearby. The bathroom could use a few touch-ups, especially the shower.

The atmosphere was peaceful, the room spotless and spacious, and the staff friendly. I had a lovely four-day stay at Windmills Rest. I booked at the last minute, but the service was efficient and I was checking in within an hour of calling. I’ll definitely be back soon!

A very peaceful, secure place with excellent hosts.

The morning view is lovely, and the rooms look beautiful, though our sheets had stains. Breakfast came a bit late, and the owners or managers were rude. You can keep the price affordable if you don't need the extras, since almost everything beyond the basics costs more.
