Security helped us with a smooth late check-in, and the service was great. The room and the passage carpets were extremely dirty, though. The bathrooms were yellow and mouldy. I can see how the place might once have been 4 Star, but we cancelled our return stay and booked somewhere else.

Everything in the room worked, it was clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was good security all night too. I'll definitely stay with them again if I'm in the area. Thanks.

It's fine, and the price they charge feels fair.

Affordable and centrally located, though the place is starting to look worn.

I was so angry. I waited an hour for my dinner voucher while the people I came with were waiting for me to join them.
