We enjoyed our overnight stay a lot. It's a very secure place, with a garage for the car, and the neighbourhood also seemed safe and well built. The guest lodge was beautiful and pristine, and they looked after us during our stay. We arrived at 9:30pm and were still welcomed in. Communication was good before arrival too. It's about a 10 minute drive from N1, which makes it a good stop for travellers.

The way the water issue was handled was rude and very unprofessional, and we won't book here again or recommend it. The first time we stayed at Pentagon, the lady got our booking wrong and insisted it was fine. After I called twice, she corrected it. We arrived late on Friday after driving all the way from Pretoria, and I wanted a bath, but there was no hot water in the room. We called the lady over to show her the problem. The next day she said she'd get it fixed, so we used another bathroom in the Guesthouse. The day after that, I was the only one who could have a bath, and my husband had to take a cold shower. The lady acknowledged there was a water problem and said they'd fix it. When I called to book at Pentagon a second time, I asked if it had been fixed. She rudely told me we were the only ones who had complained and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the water. Don't book here if you don't want a cold bath during your stay.

Breakfast is always a treat at Pentagon Guesthouse. Lianano, Polina and their team are dedicated to making you feel as comfortable as you would at home, and they always take good care of me.

There was loads of space, and everything was tidy. The receptionist was really friendly too. I’d happily stay here again.
