The team were professional, and the service was excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained, which really stood out. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality and comfort.

I had to put up with this guest house all week, and I’ll never go back. My TV didn’t work for the entire week, even after I reported it. No one came to check it, and the guy who was meant to help left without doing so. There was no soap unless I kept asking for it, and the shower had no hot water. There was also a gap in the door, so passage lights disturbed my sleep. Worst guest house ever.

My friends and I had a great time yesterday celebrating my birthday with lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction. The team leader was very professional, and the rest of his team had the same energy. Thank you, team On Hill Lodge. May God enlarge your territory.

At On Hill, the ladies and gent are so welcoming, and I love the customer service. The rooms are really clean too.

The noise by the pool went on until 3am, with people drinking there even though lockdown was in place, so I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was in bad shape too: the shower door was completely broken, there was no complimentary soap, shower cap or shampoo, and the toilet wasn't fixed to the floor, with water leaking from underneath. Even the kettle was plugged in at floor level. Never again.
