The beds were comfortable, and the self-catering place was clean and had everything we needed, including WiFi and DStv channels. There was a lot of noise from neighbours at the property next door, though that may have been because it was the night of December 30. I’d book again.

The bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. The rooms were clean and well looked after, the staff were very well mannered, and the host was friendly and helpful. A pleasure to stay the night.

We had a quiet, peaceful weekend here, and it suited our needs. The staff were friendly.

The price was decent, but staff chatting made it very noisy. The shower in room no I is very small, so it may be a problem if you’re fairly large. Another guest’s weed smell spread through the place, which was disgusting. I wouldn’t really recommend it.

I’ve stayed at Duvets and Crumpets five times, and the owners have been wonderful and accommodating. Twice I needed a last-minute booking while my husband was in hospital, and they found a way to fit me in each time. The rooms are cosy, and the place is peaceful, with friendly staff and a safe, secure property. I highly recommend it.
