We only stayed for one night, and the location suited us perfectly because we had a vintage aircraft hangared overnight at Tempe Airfield. It's easy to reach both the city and the N1 highway, and the sunset over the garden was rather pleasant. The manager was on site to help us settle in and answer any questions. This was great value for money. I only used the self-catering facilities for coffee, but they seemed sufficient for travelers exploring Bloemfontein and the surrounding area. The hot shower was lovely after a dusty day.

Rele and Mandi made sure my two children and I felt at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are well kept, and Rele was more than willing to help with anything we needed. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the beautiful garden and pool. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The sunset over the beautiful Free State was lovely to watch from outside, and the garden and pool looked very inviting, though it was winter during our visit. We could park under a carport, a useful bit of protection from the weather. The place is geared for load shedding, which is essential in S.A. We didn't have Kyknet or WiFi, but didn't miss them. We were three adults in two spacious, clean rooms, both with en suites. One had a king-size bed and a bath/shower without a curtain, and the other had twin beds and a shower. There was a hotplate, microwave, kettle, dish towels, a table to work at and a small outdoor table with four chairs. The connecting door led to the other room, which had its own TV. The beds were perfect for me, especially after a 10-hour drive. Big, soft towels and a small chocolate were a lovely touch. We were surprised to find this beautiful guesthouse on a small holding or farm while still in the city, next to a Cheetah Rehabilitation Centre. We even spotted a whole bunch of antelope beside the road. Reception was friendly and on time, and lovely people welcomed us. A small dog named Lola came to greet us, and we immediately fell in love with her. The place looked lovely and inviting. Mandy, you did a great job. A quiet, lovely area if you need some peace. The sunset views were amazing, and the place felt spacious, warm and just like home. It was beautiful, homey, neat and had everything we needed. Mandie mom welcomed us, and we had a lovely stay.
