We had to struggle with the shower after a long day of travel. The head sprayed in every direction, and there was no balance between hot and cold. The room itself was not properly cleaned at all, just wiped down and tidied up, with dust on the lamp switches and in the corners. There was very little parking. We waited ages to find the receptionist when we arrived, and had to look for them again when we went down for help. The TV didn't work, and neither did the phone, so we couldn't call reception. They said the phones were down because the wifi was out, but we were connected the whole time, which seemed like an excuse. When someone came to fix the TV, they had to go back to find someone else to help. We also asked for ice and were told we'd have to wait while they went to buy some. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The security guards were especially helpful, patient, and friendly, and the staff were professional. We had a lovely stay. Please sort out the fridge issue, each room should have a bar fridge, and clean the floor rugs.

The people are what made our stay so special. From the entrance security and reception to the cleaners, kitchen staff, and reservations team, everyone was kind and warm from the moment we arrived. They were all so caring and happy around my newborn daughter. That sort of humanity and friendliness made the stay unforgettable. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in big 5-star hotels this year, but none matched the heart, humility, and professionalism of this team. Luxury hotels could learn what real hospitality looks like from them. Our room was clean and comfortable, the service was top class, and the location was perfect. Thank you to everyone at Premier Splendid Inn Bloemfontein for turning our stay into a lovely memory. I'll definitely come back. Keep up the fantastic work!

The amenities were modern, neat, and beautiful, and the restaurant was very good. Staff made our stay comfortable and special, starting with the booking enquiry and all the way through checkout. I received fantastic service and would definitely recommend this hotel. A great experience all round.

This wasn't my first visit. There were renovations during my first stay, but I had been told about them. This time they really outdid themselves. I've seen four receptionists so far, and they were all cut from the same cloth, professional, friendly, and helpful. The dining experience topped it off. That waiter, you know who you are. May God keep blessing you. Your humility and attention to detail left me amazed, and I can't stop thanking you for the excellent customer service and support. My room was spotless, and security always came over to offer help. Even the people hurrying past, maybe management, administrators, or maintenance, greeted me with a smile. They let me use the TV for work. I felt at home and cared for. Keep smiling, I'm coming back.
