Monalisa was especially kind and always looking for ways to help. She helped me figure out what to do after work and on the weekend during the two weeks I was here for work, and arranged some really nice tours. She was the best of the staff in my opinion, though everyone was kind and treated me with respect. They were always available and helped with everything I needed, making me feel at home. The hotel is well located near the airport, the shuttle is really nice, and the rooms are always clean. The food was good too. Thank you so much, Monalisa, and thank you to all the staff!

The staff made my first visit to this beautiful country memorable, with Chad always nearby and ready to help. Breakfast was outstanding, and dinner was great too, especially since I didn’t have much time to go out in the evenings. The gym had everything I needed to stay in shape, and there’s a sauna I’ll definitely use next time. The hotel is close to the airport, though the excellent soundproofing meant the noise was hardly noticeable. The shuttle runs regularly between the airport and hotel, and Uber drivers can come through the gate right to the entrance. I’m certainly coming back after this two day stay.

The airplane views are amazing, and there’s a pool and gym too. The staff were extremely professional, and you can order food from outside; they’re glad to help you get it. Tarcia and Luyanda gave absolutely gorgeous service. A great place to return to whenever I’m in joberg.

We spent three days at holiday inn, and all the staff were good. Chef dube made very good food and made us comfortable with vegetarian options. Tebogo khiba was really nice and helpful.

The room was good and clean, and the location was great. The hotel shuttle goes directly to and from the airport, with great service from all the staff. Tebogo Khiba was especially friendly and helpful, and the airport driver gave very good service too.
