Marinda and her husband were amazing. I’m very allergic to bee stings and need 2 injections if one stings me. When there were bees, they dealt with them straight away. The room was spacious, with fresh linen, a great bed, and a very good kitchenette. There were lots of cupboards for clothes and mirrors, plus a great bathroom with a big shower. A 10 for them. Thank you both.

We had everything we needed to get through our exams during our visit to this beautiful guest house last week. It was quiet, tranquil, neat, and warm, and close to all the shops we needed. Thanks to Marinda and her team for a comfortable stay.

The hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early. It’s a quiet guesthouse within walking distance of Durbanville centre, with very neat rooms and the best beds ever. I’d highly recommend it and would happily return.

It’s a clean, neat, safe place to stay, and the internet is amazing. The main downside is that a room with one double bed and one single bed is just one big room, so there isn’t much privacy for three people. Also, there’s no smart TV or DSTV. DSTV wouldn’t be a problem if there were a smart TV. Despite those minor issues, it’s a great place.

There are great bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, and the accommodation has secure parking. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with all the mods and cons for self catering. I’d be happy to stay again.
