Really affordable holiday spot. You can walk to everything you might need on Sea Point main road in about a minute, and the beautiful beaches are three minutes away. There's also a swimming pool, gym and barbecue area. Hard to beat!

The manager and staff were very unhelpful. The electricity suddenly went off one day, and I was without power for three hours. I felt uncomfortable in the apartment. Sometimes broken things were left unrepaired, and when I asked about fixing them, I got no reply. The neighbors made it hard for me to talk with my friend or even walk around my apartment at times. The internet was very bad and was offline on some days.

Sea Point mall is only a five-minute walk away, and the Promenade takes about 15 minutes on foot. A friend of mine is staying here, and the neighbourhood is really good. Seems like a great option whether you're visiting or looking for somewhere to live locally.
