As a woman travelling alone, I found this extremely disappointing and honestly frightening. I wasn’t told before booking or paying that guests had to provide facial photos for building access. I sent one in, then was told it didn’t exist and that I couldn’t enter unless I took the photos again. Hours later, the very same photo suddenly showed up on the system. During my stay, a security guard threatened my life. My apartment door also wouldn’t lock properly. I complained to management and Body Corporate several times, but that same guard kept being assigned near me. I travel internationally a lot and have never had an experience like this. Women travelling alone should think very carefully before staying here.
